Step 2 :
Print & Fill Out the Application Forms
There are three simple forms
for you to print and fill out:
- First is the
Contact & CD Information Form. Naturally, we'll need to
get in contact with you from time to time, and we'll also
need to know where to send the cheques to pay you for your
purchased CDs!
- Second is
the IPR Form (Intellectual Property Release Form). The IPR
Form is an industry standard anti-piracy compliance.
Because wowCD.ca is helping you to sell your CD we
need you to verify that you have the right to sell the
content on your CD. If you do not own all the content
on your CD you must submit proof of mechanical
licensing. Please contact
us
if you have any questions or require clarification regarding
the IPR Form.
- Third is a Method
of Payment Form which just details how you wish to pay
for your set-up fee.
- After downloading the Forms
please print them and fill them out in full.
Please note that wowCD.ca can
only approve and process submissions that have all three
forms filled out correctly and in full. Please contact
us if you have any questions or require
clarification.
Step 3 :
Submit the Assets

Please gather up the
following
assets: (1) The three application forms you
filled out in Step number two. (2) Five copies of the CD you wish
to sell on-line with wowCD.ca (3) Your set-up fee payment of
$49.95 (+ $3.50 gst*)
- Ship the
assets to the following address:
wowCD.ca c/o ExoMedia Inc.

- Your storefront webpage will be
set up within 2-3 work days of receiving your submission package
and clearance of your set-up fee payment. We'll contact
you by e-mail when it's up and ready, and then you can link your
wowCD.ca storefront page to your website!
- Please note that C.O.D.
shipments will not be accepted.
- * GST is only applicable
for Canadian residents.
