Shipping:

• We will ship CDs anywhere in the world using Canada Post.
• Your CD will be packaged in an appropriate manner for postal mail so that it will have the best chance of being delivered in one piece.  

Damaged Goods:

• We guarantee that, before shipping, the CD is visually inspected to make sure that it has no visible signs of damage.
• Though it is a rare occurrence, should the CD be delivered in a damaged condition the responsibility is upon the postal service for the damaged goods.

Factory Defect:

• Should the buyer receive a CD that has a factory defect (ie: the CD does not play properly) the buyer has one week in which to send back the faulty disc and have it replaced with another copy of the same disc. 

Exchanges:

• Though wowCD.ca does not offer refunds, we will exchange a returned CD (if unopened) for a CD of equal or lesser value.  Shipping charges will be applied for the mailing of the new CD.
